Senior Cloud Engineer – 3rd Line Support – M365, Azure – Remote – £55K
TrinI.T. Talent are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer – 3rd Line Support to join our customers team based fully remotely. This is a permanent position paying up to £55k depending on experience.
Key skills:
- Extensive experience in Azure Cloud project work
- Cloud migrations onto Azure
- 3rd line Support of Azure Cloud (last line of defence for Cloud support issues)
- Experience migrating a business into M365 and Modern Management
- Support of M365 stack – InTune, AutoPilot etc
- Need to be comfortable being the last line of technical defence on M365 and Azure Cloud projects.
- Client facing ability – strong communication skills and presentation skills
- Happy to work fully remote and to own schedule (30 hours a week minimum Monday to Sunday)
- Worked on Enterprise clients doing Azure migrations and M365 migrations
- Seats of 1,000+ and ideally worked with customers in multiple locations for migrations
