Production Support Engineer
1st Line Production Support Engineer – Hampshire or Staffordshire/Hybrid working – £28,000 per annum
TrinIT Talent are looking for a 1st Line Production Support Engineer to join our customers team based in either Hampshire or Staffordshire depending on your preference with some remote working available. This is a permanent position paying up to £28,000 per annum.
This role will be supporting customers on US hours and typical shift patters are:-
2 days of 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM UK time
3 days of 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM UK time
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Application support knowledge
- Provide first line support on helpdesk tickets for end customers
- Manage and monitor ticket queues, ensuring compliance with customer SLAs
- Update end customers on the status of their issue/Participate in customer calls and keep them informed of any escalations or issues in a professional manner
- Ability to work under pressure while multitasking is important
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
